Namine starts at the voice. She spins around and sees someone she doesn't recognize.
That isn't weird though. What is weird, is that the reflections in the mirrors closest to this newcomer change to be reflections of her rather than Namine. There is a lot of hurt and pain in those reflections. Stuff that looks closer to death, too.
The urge to skim off this woman's memories is ever-present. But Namine has been working on doing things the normal way.
"Oh, hello," she says. "I don't suppose you know how we got here? Or what any of these mirrors mean?"
She walks a little closer to the newcomer, only to watch the reflections in the closest two mirrors distort with a mixture of her and Namine both. Except now the reflections look angry or... hungry?
