He's even been working to create safe and waterproof pods in the Fortress for non-Fatui prisoners to retreat to and creating systems to divert water to the outside world. He's fairly confident the Fortress will be intact once the floodwaters recede, although there will likely be casualties. However, when it comes to the fate of the Hydro Archon?
