"That's true. It's jarring for me as well. About a month stuck in this place with no mirrors, only to suddenly be whisked into the room they're apparently keeping them all! Where were these when I needed to do my hair?" He clicks his tongue, being overly dramatic on purpose. He's figured out making himself look nice without a reflection long ago.
He hums. "Yes. Some of them are pretty interesting, however." Is that him as a trailblazer behind this stranger? Huh. He has his guesses about this stranger as well, but. Well. Seeing so many possibilities about his life...it's a special sort of interesting for a gambler.
Aventurine's suspicions grow at that. "Is that so? Sounds like we have quite a bit in common, Mr. Roulette." His head tilts in a similar fashion, just in the other direction. "Good catch! Guilty as charged, stranger~" he chuckles, leaning against one of the mirrors. He ignores how it's his sister leaning against the other side, not him. It's not real.
"Woooow. I know I've been "dead" for some time now, but I didn't think they'd already get rid of my position. They've never really done that ever, actually." The gambler taps his chin, considering. He grins, all sharp edges. "Let's call it a position of necessity. A gamble of its own." He sighs, smile faltering slightly. "Then again I've never heard of a stoneheart using the title of Garnet. What department are they in charge of?"
