YOU'RE the one that grew horns!!!! (oh stars i can hear it in my head)

Its even more uncanny when Angel face locks eyes with him. He sees the same kind of micro-emotions that were part of the package with Angel face- maybe they were slightly clearer- or he'd just spent too much time with the crazy sankta Executor as of late. But the anger, the defensiveness- that was new. It was uncharacteristic, not at all like Executor.

Which would make sense. Executor was sankta. Not sarkaz.

Sarkaz had a lot of reasons to feel bitterness.

Blinking hard he forces himself to move. If- if this is a thing and not a person, he needed to figure it out, quick. If it was a person, he needed to learn what was going on. What had happened to Angel face in the last less than 24 hours since he'd seen him (it was embarrassing how much the sankta felt the need to check on him. Good grief it was like he was trying to compensate for the lack of the entirety of Rhodes' medical staff.)

He takes a cautious step forward. Slowly and adeptly flipping his katana blade in his hand so its turned away from this strange version of Executor. He sees the blood leaking out of his mouth and flinches. What- He had something in his mouth- No- He was gagged. He almost growls upon recognizing it, a fury he doesn't expect burning in his stomach- but it would be easy to misinterpret that vocalization in this situation. So far- this... "Horn face" seemed wary of him, but not aggressive.

His entire posture was defensive and ready to strike if Flamebringer made the wrong move. (The way the tail moves is oddly familiar- why did it remind him of Kisa?) He stops his approach. His hand tightens around his greatsword....

... he leans it against one of the mirrors and leaves it. He still has his katana. That would have to be enough if this was a trick. It made him uncomfortable to leave himself so defenseless again.

But... ".. I'm keeping one." he says. Its neither glib or overly serious. If this was Federico, he would understand. If this was... if he was truly sarkaz. He would also understand.

He bends down. Stepping closer, until he's kneeling about a foot away from his prone form. He watches "Horn" face's eyes on him. Telegraphing his moves. He doesn't sheath his sword, but he doesn't turn it back around to face the gargoyle.

"You're..." He starts, making a face, "Executor. Federico Giallo. Correct?" His gaze is intense, but not out of hostility, wary curiosity of his own (and concern not that he recognizes that) in his expression. His two fire red eyes observing the other acutely.

(As he steps closer to the prone gargoyle- a patch of flourishing, small, bright blue flowers becomes obvious- growing out of his right shoulder. Where the stems meet skin- there's small indications of scarring.)
