SO BELOW - EVENT LOG
SO BELOW
Not that you'd know it, looking out the windows. A foreign ocean stands outside, on the other side of the glass - the ghost of an ocean, long gone from the truth of this world.
Just like so many other things, which have become visible to those who are willing to pay attention.
This is the event log for SO BELOW. Information for the first part of the Event (days 15 and 16) can be found here, along with sign-up options for the second part of the event.

YOU WANTED INFORMATION KAEYA!!!! YOU'RE GETTING IT.....
Irises ringed with magenta and cyan turn to Kaeya, assessing through a strange, distant haze. His brow furrows a bit. “I’m okay, Kaeya. Promise. Aurelia will be back soon, too…I think she got too hungry.” She had been in his mind. He could feel the starving beast looming every moment…and yet it was not allowed to feed on him. That must have taken a lot from her…
Aventurine chuckles, patting Kaeya’s cheek gently, a bit clumsy but trying to be reassuring. “M’not alone either. You’re here! Which is nice. I don’t…like being alone,” he says, as easily as someone talking about the weather. “Especially with the…ghost visions. I’m always looking for survivors…in the visions and on Sigonia. Being the last survivor is…” He blinks slowly, the thoughts fading and being lost to the snow.
“What was I saying…? Oh. Yeah, the drinks thing! Might not be all that good or fancy, but when there’s none at all…that’s good enough. I think it was Boothill looking into the homemade distillery?” His head lolls over to look at Kaeya again. “Cowboy. Mostly robot. Robot cowboy. You’ll know him when you see him. But I’ll keep ya posted~” Aventurine says cheerily. He doesn’t know why Kaeya sounds kinda nervous suddenly. Does he need more reassurance? Aventurine hums, letting his head drop on the other’s shoulder.
Eyes closed, his grin gains a manic edge. “Survive. Couldn’t get far working for the IPC without making good bets and gains for them. And if I failed? Mmmm at best they’d put me back in chains. At worst…kill me. I’d rather die than be a slave again though, so.” He shrugs, the fear and anger on this hushed under a soft layer of frost and snow, softening the edges so much so he doesn’t realize just how much he’s really divulging. He shrugs. “It is what it is though, and you miss all the shots you don’t take, y’know?”
His eyes open a little again, considering Kaeya’s warnings. “Are you worried? That’s nice…you worry a lot, I think. Plans are good, but sometimes you gotta just go for it, if it’s important…even if it burns you. I usually get something out of it anyway, I’m sure you would too.” He sighs, shrugging again. “I dunno your life, though. I do what I do, once out of necessity, but now kind of enjoying it?” He giggles quietly, raising a hand to cover his mouth as if sharing a secret. “If I didn’t, I think I’d probably go insane.”
